Manteau’s interior architecture reflects a subdued elegance in homes that challenge expectations of small space living. In collaboration with DKO Architects, Studio Tate drew on the understated glamour of the South Yarra locale to bring these new 3 storey townhouses to life.

Considered elements such as custom joinery pieces, wine storage and hidden, built-in benches provide extra functionality without compromising aesthetics. The detailing and finishes of two colour schemes exude tones of cool sophistication, with natural materials such as stone benches and timber wardrobes giving warmth and tactility.

The townhouses are nestled in landscaped surrounds by Jack Merlo, offering city life and calming nature in one package.
