Toby’s Estate, located in Norman Foster’s Sales Force tower, in the new Sydney Place precinct, is Studio Tate’s third café with the Toby’s Estate team. Designed to subtly reference the colours and flourish of Australia’s native Major Mitchell cockatoo, the cafe uses soft pink, blue and brown stone, with touches of brass and fluted glass, to create a highly functional yet design led, food and beverage experience within the vast lobby space.
