Studio Tate were fortunate to partner with Waterman to complete their Bundoora co-working facility. The project was designed to mirror a campus style workplace, where members meet, collaborate, and connect. Creating a place that encourages new opportunities and growth, amongst diverse experiences and skills. The careful zoning of spaces was critical to accommodate the ratio of tenant suites and shared amenities. Integrating architectural elements such as glass bricks combined with bold colour blocking, successfully created an environment that is both functional and playful, celebrating scale and form.
