Studio Tate’s interior design for Maleela Rise blends Modernist principles with a restrained and contemporary palette to craft exceptional private residences and shared spaces. Richly detailed interiors frame community-focused amenities including the Club Lounge, Sports Lounge, Bar and Garden Lounge, while the Wellness Centre houses a gym, yoga studio, and infrared saunas.
Each zone – whether private or shared – is designed to enhance residents’ comfort, wellbeing and inner sense of tranquility. Set within Maleela Rise’s lushly landscaped grounds, every space is imbued with nature, encouraging residents to connect, recharge and enjoy moments of retreat and togetherness.
