Studio Tate were engaged to refresh two of South Haven’s existing work floors. Each space was given a new identity yet still maintained a sense of cohesiveness. Studio Tate envisioned Level 2 with a tonal blue palette that flows throughout the workspace.⁠
The meeting room in South Haven Group’s new spec suites have been thoughtfully designed to promote a calm and productive environment. Each space features elegant pendant lighting, while tonal acoustic paneling helps create a quieter, more focused atmosphere. External windows offer sweeping views of the adjacent treetops, bringing natural light and greenery into the workplace.⁠
A spacious reception area sets the stage for a premium workplace experience, designed as a comfortable retreat for guests and clients, it offers a warm welcome away from the work floor while still reflecting the sophisticated, tonal design language.⁠ ⁠
