Marking a new chapter for the Sydney-based law firm, Addisons new workplace blends tradition with innovation. Designed by Studio Tate, the fit-out supports focus, collaboration and growth, reflecting the firm’s accessible, responsive nature. Spanning two levels of 2 Park Street, the 2300-square-metre space draws on the precision of timepieces as a design narrative, expressed through rhythmic detailing and refined materiality.
Client-facing areas pair sculptural stone and walnut panelling with tiered fabric-lined walls, gold toned carpets and petrol-blue accents. A central lounge and breakout area offer versatile settings for events and gatherings. Balancing privacy and openness, the floor plan integrates perimeter and core offices with collaborative zones and flexible seating. A cost-conscious approach saw premium materials used in key areas, with modular USM storage, sustainable finishes, and locally sourced furniture supporting functionality and reduced impact. Delivered under budget and facilitated remotely, Addisons reflects Studio Tate’s commitment to creative, value-led design that supports people and purpose.
