Studio Tate has transformed the lobby of 440 Collins, Melbourne, into a functional and inviting mixed-use precinct. Combining colour, geometry, and precise detailing, the redesigned spaceincludes a café and lounge that extends workplace amenities, fosters public engagement, and builds a sense of community.
