Airlie Club House
Melbourne

Airlie Clubhouse offers a shared amenity for residents of a mature-living complex building.  They’re a discerning demographic with a desire for artisanal food and beverage, art, design connection, activities and architecture and this communal hub was conceptualised by Studio Tate to reflect this, with a sophisticated, elegant result.

The space is testament to beautiful balance of colour and design, that honours the apartment  building while including cohesive layering of fresh, contemporary design elements. The entrance draws on the idea of a refined, elevated space evocative of a hotel lobby, denHolm reception desk, vintage sputnik pendent light and a selection of Snelling Studio feature lights enabling residents to enter and use the space on a daily basis.

Inside, several lounge areas, a bar, internal and external dining areas entertainment lounge with pool table and club chairs and a private dining room with a catering facility to host events form a communal space underpinned by a cultural DNA where people can ultimately connect. Whether it be for coffee, activities meals or shared interest the hub supports a comfortable vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle.
