Studio Tate were engaged to design and deliver Dux Churchill, a series of 57 boutique apartments in the heart of Ringwood that redefines retirement living with contemporary, high-quality homes for retirees aged 55 and over, offering a new standard of independent seniors living.
The vibrant range of boutique 1-3 bedroom apartments share a collection of social spaces which act as an extension of the home. Dux Churchill’s includes communal spaces such as a social lounge, communal bar and private dining, ensuring residents have the opportunity to connect with people who have similar interests.
Studio Tate were tasked with designing the common spaces and apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms in collaboration with Via Architects.
